The Berger Performing Arts Center is available to rent for meetings, concerts, theatrical productions and more.  The process for reserving the center is very simple. First, you must call the theater manager (Brandon Howell) at (520) 770-3762 to find an available date and place  a hold on it. You will then be mailed or faxed a facilities  application (that you can also download in .pdf format below).  The application must be completed and returned. At that point,  a contract will be generated and mailed out. A 50% deposit will be required upon returning of the signed contract.
