My name is Jessica Andrade. I work for the agency professionally, but tonight, I’m not here in that role. I am here as a parent of two current students at PDSD, and I am also an alumnus of this school myself. I come to you with deep personal experience—both as someone who benefited from this school and as a parent who wants the same opportunity for my children and others.
