The Perkins School for the Blind has an e-learning portion of their site with lots of self-paced tutorials on topics ranging from teaching strategies to working with visually impaired students to sensory balance tutorials.
By registering for ACVREP, CTLE credits, Professional Development or Continuing Education credits (your choice) you will be provided with a self-paced tutorial using video clips and other resources related to this topic, as well as an online test to assess your knowledge.
These are web-based, self-guided professional development activity for TVIs, VRTs, O&Ms, Parents, Teachers of the Deafblind or Severely Impaired, and Rehabilitation Specialists.
