Administrative team members may train to become a braillist, even further their career with certification. Under the Teacher Loan Forgiveness Program, if you teach full time for five complete and consecutive academic years in an educational service agency and meet other qualifications, you may be eligible for forgiveness of up to $17,500 on your Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loan.
Practicum/Internship Requests and Experience: ASDB provides opportunities in specific areas for staff to work with other professionals as they perform their job duties providing students or staff members to gain on-the-job experience in a specific field. There are also opportunities to work with student teachers and interns from many colleges and universities.
