We are so excited to share that our HS girls and boys basketball teams are in Oregon to compete with other Deaf schools’ basketball teams!

The participants are: Washington School for the Deaf, Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind, Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, USDB, Phoenix Day School for the Deaf(our rival!), and our Sentinels!

Oregon School for the Deaf announced that the games in the Gym will be live-streamed via NFHS Network. You DO need to create an NFHS Network account, but you DO NOT need to pay the subscription fee. OSD has made arrangements with NFHS to stream the Western States Basketball Classic 2023 games for free!

Our boys’ first game is scheduled for tomorrow at 11:00AM (12:00PM our time).

Our Sentinel Boys team will play against Washington.

Our girls’ first game is scheduled for tomorrow at 7:30PM (8:30PM our time).

Our Lady Sentinels will play against Idaho.

To follow updates, please go to www.wsbc2023.com. We will post updates this week and weekend on our social media pages!(@asdbtucson).

We wish our teams the best of luck!
