Staff
ASDB is…
More Than a Campus
We are a tight kit community that strives to provide services to our students and families while ensuring our staff members have a respectful and healthy work environment.
More Than Work
We collaborate as a team to positively impact both personal and student achievement which allows us as educators to explore new opportunities for learning. ASDB is one team.
More Than Support
On our campuses, we not only support our staff and students, but we also provide the skills necessary to learn, develop and reach your goals. We offer professional growth in Mentor Protégé programs, Teacher Leader positions, University Partnerships, and earn-while-you-learn programs.
More Than Local & Remote
ASDB has a multitude. of educational opportunities for any environment you are looking for. Our teams include our Early Learning Program, Preschools, K-12 campuses, Itinerant services, related services, residential or dormitory supervision, IT, Human Resources, paraprofessionals, and Business Services. There continue to be opportunities to be promoted within the agency.
What is ELP?
The Early Learning Program (ELP) works in partnership with the Arizona Early Intervention Program to provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) all over the state of Arizona who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or deafblind.

We are looking for qualified individuals
Wholehearted Support
Our staff is an integral support system for ASDB. From paraprofessionals to our bus drivers, every role is valued. Staff members who love what they do and work hard, elevate our district to extraordinary levels. In order to maintain our standards of excellence, we support our staff with the tools they need to excel.
What are Itinerant Services?
The Regional Itinerant Services were created to help support students who are deaf/hard of hearing or blind/visually impaired in the general education classroom within their public school setting. If a student requires full-time intensive services from a teacher of the visually impaired or a teacher of the deaf/hard of hearing, the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team will look at all the options available to best meet those needs.
