Our teachers are ambitious educators who seek to meet their students’ needs.
We provide a bounty of resources for each educator, so that they may be successful in their work. Technology is a great support tool for educating our diverse student population. Our instructional materials are geared to accommodate each student’s needs, abilities, and styles. Students who are deaf/hard of hearing benefit from American Sign Language and English instruction, and students who are blind/visually impaired benefit from braille instruction.
Resources extend beyond instructional materials. We support our teachers with the training and development needed to be the best they can be. New to the profession teachers receive an assigned mentor and participate in an induction program that includes regular check-ins and support groups. New hires, but experienced teachers, also receive support through onboarding and induction opportunities.
