The Deaf Mentor Program will be following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the following guidelines are meant for families and staff to enjoy the Snowflake Families Festival safely.

Masks are encouraged for anyone over the age of 2-years old
All attendees and staff are encouraged to wash hands with soap and water and/or sanitize hands as needed
Please maintain 6-feet distancing while in line to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus and while socializing
Instead of sitting on Santa’s lap, a bench will be provided
Gifts from Santa and refreshments distributed by staff in individual packaging

If the state’s metrics of COVID appear to worsen three weeks prior to the Snowflake Families Festival on Saturday, December 4^th, the Deaf Mentor Program Coordinator will announce the cancellation for all Snowflake Families Festival dates.
