Full Participation
Students have access a myriad of opportunities to reach their maximum potential through diverse experiences that enhance intellectual development, self-esteem, self-advocacy and independence. Our students partake regularly in competitions such as the Braille Challenge. They also compete on Goalball teams, in swimming, and other adaptive sports. The school also places a high value on the fine arts through Art, Music and Writing programs. For those students who reside on campus, a family-based environment is encouraged. This is a perfect learning environment for independence and daily living skills. ASB is committed to a community of learners and leaders.
