*Update: Our Sentinels Goal Ball team won 3rd place 11/5/2022! We played against Utah and it was a heated game. We won by 1 point (7-8)!
Our Goal Ball team has been competing in the 2022 National GoalBall championships in Florida!
With a record of 2-1 in their pool, they are seeded at number 2 and qualified for the quarterfinal!

“We played South Carolina at 8 am (5 am your time). We had an awesome start with 5 goals. It was 5 to 0 but we made several mistakes and then lost the lead. The other team led by 2 points with a few minutes left. Eithan was the game’s hero and helped the team come back and finish the game strong. We won the game with a score of 11 to 8.
We tumbled at the beginning of the game against a team from Atlanta and were behind 3 to 0. The boys had to refocus and fight to catch up. It was not easy, they were drenched and exhausted but finally got the lead for the first time in the game with less than 2 minutes left! They managed to hold it together and won the game! The score was 5 to 4.”
