ASDB, Tucson Campus, offers the opportunity to rent facilities for both profit and non-profit groups and organizations.

Athletic themed rentals include the gymnasium, track, swimming pool and outdoor courts. All facilities are attractive, well maintained, and easily accessible.

Meeting Space themed rentals offer a range of seating options from classrooms to large conference rooms all located in newer, well maintained, climate controlled buildings.

Classroom and Conference Room Rentals

(For Profit)
$45 per hour

(Non-Profit)
$20 per hour

Children must be supervised at all times.

Track & Field Rentals

Security Charges $10/hr (4hr minimum)1 officer for events less than 200 people

2 officers for events over 200 people

Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Contract time is the time you may arrive on campus
  • All items must be taken with you when you leave the campus
  • No Food or Drink (except for water) allowed on Track or Field
  • No bikes or scooters allowed on campus
  • Facility must be left clean or additional cleaning fees may be charged.

Outdoor Court Rentals

$55 per day

$30 per day

Gymnasium Rentals

Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Contract time is the time you may enter the building
  • All items must be taken with you when you leave the facility
  • One security officer is included with rental
  • Events with over 200 people attending will require a second security officer be hired at $10/hr
  • Facility must be left clean or additional cleaning fees may be charged
  • Parking lot has limited space. Once spaces are filled people must park off campus and walk on.

Swimming Pool Rentals

$185 per day

Children must be supervised at all times.

  • The Pool shall not be used after 9:00pm
  • Those using the pool understand that the school does not furnish a Lifeguard. The school, therefore, will not assume responsibility or liability for accident, illness, or any other occurrence.
  • Pool must be vacated when storms are approaching or lightning is visible
  • All persons using the pool will observe the posted rules governing the safe conduct of swimmers. This includes showering before swimming
  • Only school employees will be allowed in the filter enclosure.
  • Persons noticing unusual pump noises or strong chlorine smells will vacate the area immediately, close the pool, and notify security at 270-2833 of the situation.
